This automation can be overwhelming initially, and this is one of those cases where I wish ActiveCampaign had a more out-of-the-box service. However, since you can do anything with ActiveCampaign, often you need to construct things from scratch. ActiveCampaign has an alternative to delete non-active customers, which I don’t suggest.
